oh, tootles

You could say that for the last 2 weeks, all we have watched is the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  Memphis' newest saying is, "oh, tootles" and nevertheless, it's pretty darn cute! Brandon and I are on a diet, he's doing great, already down 15lbs, me on the other hand, not so great, only down 6lbs.  Memphis is right now watching MMCH as hard as he can watch and Bobo is sleeping.  We went to the grocery store today which was an adventure.  In the mail today I got a book of 1st bday party supplies.  It saddens me that in just 1 1/2 months my little Bobo will be 1!  What am I gonna do with out a baby in the house.  I can't believe he's been around almost 1year.  He's way to little to be turning 1.  Oh, well!  Memphis all the time tells us things are all gone! Its so cute.  He also calls Mickey Mouse, Bite, bite!  It was very confusing when he started watching him a few months back because i thought he was hungry and i was making him mad by offering him food and not turning on the tv.  well, that's all for now.  i can't wait to figure out this blogging business to get some pics downloaded!  i'm a little computer crazy!

long time, no blog

So, it's been like 2 weeks ago since I last blogged.  Yes, I know I had decided to make this blog so I could remember every little thing that my boys do, but 2 weeks ago I decided that I need to fast.  I seem like I am always on the computer, mainly fb, so I thought I really need to tune into God alot more than I do fb.

The past 2 weeks has been CRAZY!!!!! You know the saying, "when it rains, it pours."  Well, might I say that I am a firm believer of it.  Last Monday, myself and both boys were sick and had to see the dr.  While I went to see my dr. my parents came down and babysat for me.  While I was gone, my dad took my car to have it checked out because it had been acting funny, well it was funny, $250 funny for a stupid battery!  Then I get back to my house my mom and I get the boys ready and low and behold as we are walking out the door I have a water pipe bust and almost sets the house on fire!!!  I was so glad for that day to end.

Over these last 2 weeks Memphis has been to the dr. 3 times and Bobo 2 times.  Poor Memphis actually starting screaming when he seen the dr. office from the stop sign.  Kinda funny and really kinda sad!  

Bobo has started walking real good these past 2 weeks.  He also has learned how to point at things, its so cute!  Memphis' new favorite thing is to tell us that we are "cheap dates"  if off of a Sonic commercial.  The other night while lying in bed, Brandon and I thought he was totally out of it and that commercial comes on and he raises up from the bed to tells us we are cheap dates.

The past 2 days have been kinda bittersweet.  Memphis has decided that he would rather stay at home with Brandon than to go with me.  I had to go buy Bobo a big boy carseat yesterday, just in 2 months, he'll be 1!  It doesn't feel like it.

my first post

so this is my first blog!! i have been wanting to blog for a very long time now and have never got around to it. i am a stay at home mom and my boys are always doing things that just melt my heart. i want to keep those things wrote down in a journal but everytime i go to write them down, my oldest one snatches the pen outta my hand and begins to scribble on the page i'm writing on. so i thought why not blog all of this great stuff to remember because i now these days will go by WAY TO FAST!!!!! i am right now hold my little one, he's asleep, so this post won't have pictures, but i will post pictures soon.
